Wilderness Run: Oar Raft
A great trip for families! Hold on and enjoy your introduction to rafting in Alaska. You may see moose, sheep, caribou, and bear, as you raft downstream 11 miles. The most scenic portion of the Nenana River gives you thrilling, and enjoyable rafting. You have your choice of Oar Rafts or Paddle Rafts (It takes 5 participants to paddle, when possible we combine parties to reach five or more). Both oar rafts and paddle rafts run the same rapids on the river. Perfect for 1st timers, an oar raft, is rowed by the guide while rafters sit, hold on, and enjoy the view. In a paddle raft, you will be expected to follow instructions and be an active participant by paddling the raft down the river. You still have a guide but everyone has a paddle and the guide instructs you on how and when to paddle. Our Shuttle Service provides the pickup from local lodging, plus transportation to and from the river.
Canyon Run: Paddle Raft
Hang on! It’s whitewater ahead! You’ll get wet and enjoy every minute of it as we head for Healy, 11 miles downriver. Get into real whitewater rafting as you hang on through thrilling rapids such as “Razorback”, “Coffee Grinder”, and “Ice Worm”! Healy Express Run: Paddle Raft
Get the whole enchilada on this combination of the “McKinley” and “Canyon Run”. A brief break in the middle gives you time for a quick snack if you wish to bring one. Begin with the “McKinley Run” A spectacular trip over class II, and III water through the most scenic and beautiful portion of the Nenana River. This is your chance to sit back and enjoy the rugged wilderness. Continue on with the “Canyon Run”! Hang on! It’s whitewater ahead! You’ll get wet and enjoy every minute as we head for Healy. DogGoneIt Dog Mushing Demonstration and Kennel Tour
Guided Tour from Denali to Cantwell - Get the paw-ty started! Your three hour experience begins with transportation services provided by DogGoneIt, where you will be picked up from your hotel lobby by Caitlin who will regale you with her vast knowledge of the area, as well as personal stories of living in Alaska as you travel alongside the gorgeous Nenana River carving its way through the majestic Alaska Range. Meet the Pups - A Real Treat Once you arrive at the kennel, you’ll paw-sitively melt when you are met by armfuls of adorable Alaskan Husky puppies! You will be given plenty of time to snuggle and take pictures with our newest pack members. Once your puppy fix has been fully satiated you’ll venture into the dog yard where you’ll meet the big dogs. Here, you will experience the thrill of a team taking off on a training run. A live presentation enhanced with pictures and videos from the trail offers a deep dive into the lives of these incredible athletes, culminating with the team thundering back into the kennel. Once you are experts on all things Alaskan Husky, you will make your way into our theater, where it’s race time! Using photos and video Caitlin will take you through the intensive process of preparing for, and ultimately racing, the longest sled dog race in the world: The Iditarod! Spanning over 1,000 miles, the race is a true testament to the character, will, and spirit that embodies what it means to be an Alaskan. The Tail End You will be given ample time for questions, a chance to peruse our gift shop, and of course, the opportunity to visit with our puppies before you head out on your next adventure. Denali Highway Jeep Excursion

Once the gateway to Denali National Park, this 135-mile gravel road is surrounded by pristine nature & is a photographer’s paradise. Snow-capped mountains, icy glaciers & panoramic vistas flank the Denali Highway. During your guided & narrated 100+ mile round trip excursion, there are opportunities to see Denali & wildlife (both weather permitting.) New, 4-door Jeeps hug the dirt road, while comfortably seating four adults who can trade off driving. Each Jeep has a CB radio for communicating with the guide so stops can be made whenever desired. As driving the Denali Highway is prohibited by most rental vehicle companies, this exclusive excursion provides access to more of Alaska's spectacular scenery and wildlife & is a great alternative to crowded bus trips.

Riding along trails surrounded by Denali National Park at speeds up to 30 mph, your adventure includes breathtaking 360° overlook stops with views of the Alaska Range, Otto Lake, and the Healy Valley. Navigate through rocky creek beds and even spend time splashing through the water (weather dependent). Novice and experienced riders, night-owls, and daylight adventurers can appreciate this guided ride departing at 9:00 pm during the weeks surrounding the Summer Solstice. The Midnight Sun illuminates forest trails and prolonged sunsets bathe the mountains in rosy alpenglow.

Denali ATV Trailblazer
Ride the best of the Denali Wilderness & adventure further into the Boreal Forest, spending more time on the rugged trails! Traveling at speeds up to 30 mph, maneuver through the taiga to picturesque panoramas of the Alaska Range. Observe glacial moraines and historic archaeological dig sites while navigating tree rutted trails, mountain-fed creek beds, and boggy tundra. Periodic stops are made for photography and wildlife sightings. Trails are challenging for all experience levels.

Experience life above the trees ziplining just outside of Denali National Park! Your Denali zipline adventure tour begins with a three mile trail ride through the scenic Alaskan wilderness. After gearing up, certified guides will lead you along 6 sky bridges and 7 thrilling zip lines, including the dual racer finale! The built-in, hands-free braking system allows you to relax and enjoy the breathtaking mountain views. Challenge yourself by traversing to the top of the boreal forest on the uniquely designed Ascending Bridge Tower. Soar through the trees and over the tundra on over half a mile of ziplines.
