Supporting Local Communities

We are thrilled to be partning with the following organizations that have committed to supporting local Alaskan communities and small businesses

 Current Partners

 Ongoing Partnership Initiatives

 Shop Local Alaska

In 2021, voyij.com partnered with BuyAlaska, a program under The Alaska Small Business Development Center, to create the Shop Local Alaska program. The Shop Local Alaska program is a partnership between, BuyAlaska, and major travel brands that connects travelers to local businesses and Alaska’s rich culture and lifestyle online via the voyij.com e-commerce platform 150+ businesses and artists. The Shop Local Alaska program is currently supported by Royal Caribbean Group and Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. who are partnering with Alaskan communities to support local commerce. The program is the first-ever partnership between major cruise lines and local Alaskan retailers.

"Alaska is the premier destination place in the world,” said Governor Mike Dunleavy. "I am committed to deploying all resources that result in increased partnerships like the "Shop Local Alaska” initiative that spurs Alaska’s economy and directly benefits small businesses across our state.

Official Retail Store of The Iditarod

In July 2021 voyij.com and the Klupar family assumed operational leadership of the official Iditarod Museum & Gift Shop with a physical location in Wasilla, Alaska and online via Iditarod. As a lifelong Alaskan family, the goal of this partnership is to provide quality merchandise to the 4 million fans worldwide who tune in each March to watch the race while staying true to the tradition and history that the Iditarod represents in Alaska.
