Description
I made this for myself using all my favorites, but I would be happy to send it to you. It's the 245th guitar I have made--you can trust it--it has my name on it. From a small mill on the shoulder of Mt. Rainier came this striking spalted maple top, which I hand shaped, then hand carved the F-holes. The body shape is my own design, reserved for my premium guitars, and the chambered body is resonant alder. The roasted tiger maple neck wood came from Nova Scotia, and the fretboard is Mexican granadilla. I like the way all the colors of the woods coordinate in this glowing amber appearance. Loaded with my favorite special order amber Hipshot open gear tuners and Seymour Duncan Sentient/Pegasus pickups, it weighs seven pounds. Not intended to be factory perfect, just a fine playing heritage instrument to add to your collection.
