Yukon Sled Dog & Panning For Gold Adventure
Board our 15 to 25 passenger mini-coach to explore the White Pass elevation 3,292 feet all the way to the Yukon. With stops to get out and see amazing waterfalls up to 3,000 feet tall, glaciers, alpine valleys, snow-capped mountains, and huge mountain lakes. Your guide will tell you gold rush stories, lots of history, and information about the plants and animals in this wild and beautiful land. This is your best chance for wildlife viewing in Skagway. We’ll see the White Pass Trail of ‘98, the Fantail Trail, and Summit & Fraser Lakes before passing back into the boreal forest for Lakes Tutshi and Tagish. Enjoy lunch at Caribou Crossing (included) and the amazingly beautiful Emerald Lake. The sled dog adventure takes place in a remote portion of Canada. Play with the puppies while learning what a mushers life is all about. On this 20 minute/1.3 mile ride you will be amazed by the dogs' power, grace, and love for running as you fly up and down through this alpine wilderness. Skagway Sled Dog Discovery & Musher's Camp
Immerse yourself in the wondrous world of dog mushing! After the bus ride to camp, you will board our 4x4 military vehicle for a wild ride up the mountain where you will be greeted by mushers and several ecstatic Alaskan huskies! Then enjoy a summer sled ride on our custom-built sleds, where you will cruise through the forest, being towed by these professional athletes. After, learn about the history of dog mushing and soak up some puppy love before perusing our gift shop and returning to town. Your journey begins with an entertaining historic tour from your knowledgeable guide through downtown Skagway and along nine miles of stunning coastline to our Musher’s Camp™ in Dyea. Next, hop into our specialized Unimog for an exciting ride up our rugged mountain road, surrounded by glacially-fed streams and waterfalls. At the top, your musher will greet you with a custom-designed wheeled summertime sled and a team of very excited Alaskan Huskies! Feel the power of these strong dogs as they whisk you around a mile-long trail deep in the Tongass National Rainforest! After meeting your dog team, climb back into your Unimog and enjoy the adventurous ride to a breathtaking overlook of the Dyea tidal flats. Depending on the month you just might see eagles, bears, seals, horseback riders, wildflowers, and of course snow-capped mountains. Your Unimog will then bring you to what we like to call a “Kennel Talk.” We have been sharing our passion for dog sledding for years, and in that time, we have gathered up the most frequently asked questions about the sport. In the Kennel Talk, we will share the fascinating answers and welcome any additional questions you may have. Of course, we make sure you have plenty of time to play with our puppies! Musher's Camp & Gold Panning
This authentic Alaskan tour begins with a bus ride through Skagway to our dog camp deep in the Tongass National Forest. Once you arrive, you will attend a presentation from our mushers where you will learn all there is to know about the sport, as well as meet these professional athletes and their pups! After this, get ready to feel like an early explorer by panning for gold in our riverside sluice. Top it off by traversing our scenic grounds and visiting our gift shop before returning to town. Cuddle with our newest athletes: the puppies! -($45 per adult, $40 per kid aged 5 - 12, $0 per kid aged 0 - 4) Experience everything as above, but a 20 minute sled dog trek with the dogs is included! Each trek can take up to 6 at a time while you take the dogs on a fun-filled work out, guided by a musher or trainer. For groups over 15, we will divide the group into different activities at the sled dog camp to ensure everyone has ample time to experience the sled dog trek, puppies, and educational talk. -($15 per person) - Experience authentic gold panning in the Yukon while at the Tutshi Sled Dog Camp! This option is perfect for groups of 30 or more to ensure everyone has time to play with the puppies & do the dog sled trek. This option will add 30 minutes of time to the tour.

Yukon Adventure and Suspension Bridge
Start in town or at your ship on this 4.5 hour adventure. Board a passenger mini coach to explore the White Pass (elevation 3292 feet) all the way to the Yukon. With stops to get out and see amazing Waterfalls up to 3000 feet tall, Azure Glaciers, Alpine Valleys, Snow Capped Mountains and huge Mountain Lakes. Your Guide will tell you gold rush stories, lots of history, and information about the plants and animals in this wild and beautiful land. Together we venture up the Yukon highway beyond the historic White Pass Route. Look in awe at the landscape that contains the precipitous cliffs, deep valleys, majestic granite mountains and dangerously deep valleys where wild bears and other wildlife live. Admission to the Yukon Suspension Bridge includes full access to the Bridge - including the exhibits, the cafe, the gift shop and the restroom facilities. A complimentary passport stamp is also included!
