Denali to Anchorage on McKinley Explorer Private Train
Experience Denali with Alaska's most trusted tour company Departure Time: 9:15AM from Denali, arrival in Anchorage at 5:15PM. Saturday arrivals is 5:30 - 5:45PM Duration: 8 hours What's Included - Travel on the luxurious McKinley Explorer private train with dome cars - Reclining seat with tray table & foot rest - Newer cars have power ports - Car attendant and bartender with ala carte food & drinks available for purchase - Meal service available in the dining car - Outdoor vestibules and lounge areas throughout the train - Narration by an onboard attendant/naturalist Whats NOT included: - Transportation to/from the Anchorage & Denali Railroad Depot - Meals & drinks (on train and at lodge) - Tips for guides/drivers/attendants Guest/Participant Limitations: Luggage is limited to 2 per person, train can only accomodate small backpacks/purses. Scooters are not able to be stored on the train and will need to go as checked luggage, wheelchair service is available (and the trains have a lift onboard). ADA Access: This excursion is able to accommodate guests with service animals or mobility assistive devices/wheelchairs. Trains do have lifts for those who have limited mobility. If you are flying out of Anchorage, we recommend booking flights that depart at 8PM or later. Please note the restrictive cancellation policy by the operator. Due to the popularity of Denali, cancellation/refund fees as follow: $25 per traveler for any changes & cancellations to help cover administrative & credit card fees (we're a small company!) PLUS: 31 - 46 days prior to departure - $175 per person penalty 0 - 31 days prior to departure - 100% non-refundable We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect you in the event of unforseeable events!
