A smaller and more wearable version of the well known Alaskan cutting device, the Ulu! Our earrings are hand crafted out of dark handle and light blade prehistoric woolly mammoth ivory and rhodium plated sterling silver. Our matching Ulu pendant features a mammoth ivory handle and blade and sterling silver bail.
Earrings: 1 1/4” long/ Pendant 3/4” long
Prehistoric woolly mammoth ivory is found in the cold northern regions of Alaska, Canada, Russia, and Siberia. These fossil tusk materials may range in age from 10,000 to 200,000 years, and natural colors vary in shades of cream, tan, brown and, very rarely, blue and green. Designed by Courtney Tripp
