Description
About the Photo:
Glaciers in Alaska, and everywhere, are quickly receding. Mendenhall Glacier, in southeast Alaska, is no exception to that, and by 2080 they think it could be gone. As it recedes, it drops icebergs into the lake it has created as it retreats up the valley.
This photo is available in Traditional Print, Canvas Gallery Wrap, and Metal Print. Please refer to the upper right selection area to view the size options and prices.
• Traditional Prints are printed on a luster archival paper and come unframed.
• Canvas Gallery Wraps come already wrapped around a wooden frame and are ready to hang.
• Metal Prints are printed on high-quality aluminum metal and will last for over 100 years. Metal really makes the image come to life and has very vibrant colors. Metal Prints are lightweight compared to other mediums and come ready to hang, as they do not need to be framed. Its unique backing has it come ½” from the wall creating a more modern floating effect.

The dogs were more meticulously cared for that than i could have imagined and Heathers's extensive experience and professionalism is indubitable and top notch. Thanks again and would recommend any day!" --Matthew "My family and I went on the summer dog sled run today. We had such a blast! The dogs were so excited when we arrive and their energy infections, my 3 daughters were all smiles and ready to go. Heather did a great job explaining what she does to care for the dogs, prep for a race and answering all of our Alaska questions. Thanks for the memory!" --Eric

Your guide is an expert naturalist and will share their extensive knowledge about the fjord, marine wildlife and local geography. We will likely stop off at a remote beach to stretch your legs and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Southeast Alaska. Once off the water, stay on the beach to enjoy a waterside picnic-style lunch. (Allergies & meal preferences can be accommodated).
