This blend was our very first creation over 30 years ago used in our restaurants as the best go-to all-purpose seasoning. The Gold Rush fine-grind blend is a must in your kitchen to bring easy and savory flavors to your home cooking.
The blend’s name, as our flagship product, was inspired by the Great Alaskan Gold Rush that brought miners to first settle here. The flavors you’ll experience with our blend are as good as gold.
Use on everything including entrées with beef, poultry, pork, seafood, vegetables or sides like french fries, popcorn or eggs. In sauces or in batters, soups, or keep it tableside along with your salt and pepper. Be creative, you can use this seasoning in place of salt in recipes to enhance the flavors!
