*Dark Chocolate With Prince William Sound Sea Salt: Sea salt straight from Alaska's Prince William Sound waters combined with our 55% cacao. We source the salt from Alaska Saltworks, who hand-craft the salt in small batches using solar evaporation.

- Ingredients: Dark Chocolate (sugar, chocolate liquor processed with alkali, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, butterfat [milk], soy lecithin and vanilla), Salt. 

*Dark Chocolate With Alaskan Birch Syrup Toffee: The light, rich taste of birch syrup matches beautifully with our 55% cacao. We make the toffee in house using Bridge Creek birch syrup from Homer.

- Ingredients: Dark Chocolate (sugar, chocolate liquor processed with alkali, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, butterfat [milk], soy lecithin and vanilla), Birch Toffee (butter (pasteurized cream [milk], salt), sugar, birch syrup, light corn syrup (corn syrup, salt, vanilla extract (vanilla beans, water, ethyl alcohol)), powdered sugar (sugar, cornstarch), soya lecithin, salt). 

*Dark Chocolate With Alaskan Kelp & Cayenne: Sea and spice anyone? An unlikely marriage perhaps, but we bet you’ll love it! Featuring SE Alaska kelp from the folks at Barnacle Foods/The Port and our local-famous 55% cacao, tempered with just the right amount of heat.

- Ingredients: Dark Chocolate (sugar, chocolate liquor processed with alkali, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, butterfat [milk], soy lecithin and vanilla), Kelp, Cayenne Pepper, Salt.
