But it’s not just the look that’s impressive, the serrated blade is extremely sharp and glides effortlessly through any bread or other pastry.
The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
The almost velvety handle is made of walnut wood.
