Beginning in summer 2025, select Princess Alaska sailings will feature onboard appearances by local artists, culture bearers, and storytellers, bringing Alaska’s rich heritage directly to guests at sea. The expanded Locals Onboard activations will support and complement Princess Cruises’ award-winning North to Alaska guest enrichment program, which brings local personalities, culture, and Alaska seafood onboard to immerse guests in the 49th state. 

First launched in partnership with Royal Caribbean International in 2023, Locals Onboard Presented by Voyij.com has quickly become a hallmark of meaningful cruise guest engagement, providing travelers with genuine connections to the communities they visit. By partnering with Princess Cruises, Voyij extends this unique cultural bridge to even more visitors, supporting local economies while deepening the cruise experience through first-ever authentic connection to Alaskans, but this time in an onboard setting.

The 2025 schedule includes 37 sailings of 17 local presenters from May 21 through September 19) on the Caribbean Princess, Coral Princess, Discovery Princess, Grand Princess, and Ruby Princess.
