Rosemary and Garlic Roasted Salmon

Rosemary and Garlic Roasted Salmon

Salmon always tastes great whichever way it’s prepared. When you add rosemary, black pepper, and garlic, you’ll have to make seconds because your diners will always want more.

Ingredients

  • 4 (6 ounces) wild salmon fillets, pin bones removed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary, (about 2 tablespoons) strip the needles from the stems and finely chop
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F

Place salmon fillets skin side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Evenly distribute olive oil on each salmon fillet. Sprinkle sale and pepper over the fillets. Next, add the rosemary and garlic and lightly press into the salmon.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Serve and Enjoy!
