Skagway, Alaska - July 19, 2022 – Today, Royal Caribbean Group and Voyij.com, Alaska’s online marketplace for travelers to shop from local businesses, introduces a new summer offer for Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises Visa Signature® cardholders to earn more points while contributing to Alaska communities
From now until Sept. 30, 2022, Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Visa Signature® cardholders will earn three times points on eligible Alaska dining and Voyij.com purchases. There are more than 10,000 items available via Voyij.com.
"Alaska’s incredible community and adventures are at the heart of why it is one of the most popular destinations to explore on a cruise with Royal Caribbean International or Celebrity Cruises,” said Nancy Ramos, associate vice president, Loyalty and Cobrand Credit Card Marketing. "We are excited to build on our support for the state’s small businesses since we joined the Shop Local Alaska program in 2021. Our loyal guests and cardholders cherish their memories of the Last Frontier, and for their support, they can now enjoy more perks on their cruise, including upgrades, discounts and more.”
From Alaska Native Art to fresh seafood, fine jewelry, and local gifts and keepsakes, there is something for everyone, and each purchase helps local Alaskans. Cardholders can redeem their points toward cruise upgrades and discounts or onboard credit.
"We are thrilled to partner with Royal Caribbean Group’s cruise lines on this first-of-its-kind program for Royal Caribbean and Celebrity cardholders, to provide guests the opportunity to earn rewards when shopping for unique Alaska gifts and keepsakes before, during, and after travel,” says Olivia Klupar, CEO & Founder of Voyij.com. "We look forward to sharing our state’s beauty and culture with cruisers from all over the world.”
