A Salmon Recipe For People Who Hate Salmon

Wait a minute.

Do you say to don’t like salmon? While we won’t question your tastes, don’t give up on salmon until you’ve tried this recipe.

It will make you a convert!

Here is an Alaska wild salmon recipe for people who hate salmon.

Ingredients

Three four-to-six-inch salmon fillets

Salt and pepper

Glaze

Three tablespoons Dijon mustard

Three tablespoons of brown sugar

One tablespoon of maple syrup

One tablespoon of soy sauce 

One teaspoon of rice vinegar 

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil (but if you’re using foil remember to use cooking spray.)

Season with a healthy portion of salt and pepper.

That’s it! Next time you’re thinking of entertaining or just having a family dinner, Alaska wild salmon will be a big hit with your fellow diners.
